My name is Brian Frank and I am the President of our company. I have lived in the Northwest suburbs for 57 years and I started my real estate career by selling real estate. I then branched out and moved into relocation. Shortly thereafter I started my Appraisal career, reviewing appraisals in all 50 states. I started my own appraisal firm in 1999 taking pride in our quality, turn time, and professionalism.
My name is Ryan Tomassoni and I am the Managing Director at our company. I have been living in the state of Illinois for 37 years and currently reside in the west suburbs. I have been appraising at AFK for 10+ years now. I currently operate our current day-to-day operations. I take pride in ensuring our clients get the services they are looking for and the service that best suits their needs.
